Reverend guitars are known for their combination of unorthodox construction
methods , retro design , playability and affordable price.
Launched in 1997 in East Detroit by Joe Naylor. This guitar features resonant
korina and solidbody construction with a raised center section on the front.
The thicker center mass improves clarity and sustain, while the thinner
wings increase resonance for an instrument that is lively, clear and rich
in harmonics. The bridge pickup is slightly hotter than a vintage PAF,
and the neck pickup slightly cleaner. That it can be continuously varied from hot humbucker sound from clean
crisp sound by Bass contour control is attractive.
